What Kino Bay Real Estate Is

Kino Bay Real Estate is a listing and lead-generation marketplace for properties in Bahía de Kino, Sonora, Mexico. Kino Bay Real Estate is not a real estate broker, real estate agent, escrow provider, legal advisor, financial advisor, or party to any property transaction.

Kino Bay Real Estate helps connect buyers, renters, property owners, agents, and developers. All negotiations, agreements, inspections, payments, leases, purchases, and other transactions occur directly between the parties, off-platform.

No On-Platform Transactions

Kino Bay Real Estate does not process, hold, transfer, or guarantee funds between buyers, renters, sellers, owners, agents, or developers. No lease agreements, purchase contracts, or property payments between users are executed through Kino Bay Real Estate.

Kino Bay Real Estate is not responsible for the outcome of any transaction, communication, agreement, or dispute between users.

Listings and Property Information

Property information is provided by owners, agents, developers, or other listing submitters. Kino Bay Real Estate may review listings for basic quality or completeness, but does not independently verify all property details. Users should independently verify property details, ownership, legal status, availability, pricing, taxes, permits, measurements, condition, and any other information before making decisions or entering into any agreement.

Subscriptions and Billing

Listing owners may pay a recurring subscription fee to publish properties on Kino Bay Real Estate. Subscription billing is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card or payment information.

Subscriptions may be managed or cancelled through the owner dashboard or by contacting us. Published listing access may depend on an active subscription or other approved listing arrangement.

Subscriptions, Cancellations, and Refunds

Paid listing plans are prepaid subscription services that provide listing review, publication when approved, hosting, visibility on the platform, inquiry tools, and related support. All subscription sales are final and non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.

You may cancel future renewals through the subscription controls available in your owner dashboard. If you cannot access your dashboard or need help canceling, contact us at hola@kinobayrealestate.com. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period.

If Kino Bay Real Estate does not approve a listing before publication and the listing cannot be approved after reasonable corrections, we may, at our sole discretion, offer an account credit or refund. If a listing is removed or suspended because it violates these Terms, no refund or credit will be provided.

Discounted multi-month or annual plans are prepaid for the selected term and are final sale. They are not refundable or prorated except where required by applicable law.

User Conduct

Users agree to provide accurate information, not to misrepresent properties or identities, and not to use Kino Bay Real Estate for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes. We reserve the right to remove listings, restrict access, or disable accounts that violate these terms, appear inaccurate, are reported as misleading, or may harm the platform or its users.

Changes to the Platform

We may update, modify, suspend, or remove features, listings, pricing, or services at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version.
